On the premise of not changing the material, the way to improve the brightness of the stage lamp is to increase the current. With the increase of the current, the calorific value of the stage lamp will increase sharply, and the noise will also increase significantly. Therefore, we should pay attention to the air volume and noise when selecting the cooling fan of the stage lamp.

According to customer feedback, the total cooling fans used in 400W table lamp are as follows: 6020 fans 2pcs, 8025 fans 2pcs, 5020 fans 2pcs. However, the test results show that the noise of the whole prototype is too high, and no solution has been found. Therefore, we invite our engineer San to the customer company to analyze the test data, use environment, select and optimize the type, and give the installation method Substantive proposals:

1、 Optimal selection of cooling fan

1. Air volume calculation method and scheme of stage lamp base cooling fan

The stage lamp base needs two 6020 cooling fans for cooling;

First of all, let's confirm the heat consumption: input the maximum power 520W, calculate the heat consumption according to 80% of the power efficiency; w = 520 * 0.2 = 104w

Design temperature rise: the maximum working temperature is 45 ℃, the maximum allowable temperature rise is 60 ℃, t = 60-45 = 15 ℃

Calculated action air volume: 104 / (20 * 15) 0.35m m3 / mm = 12.43cfm

Estimated air volume: the coefficient is 2, i.e. Q * 2 = 25cfm

According to the calculation data, San recommended that the air volume of a single fan of the stage lamp base can reach 12.5cfm, and that of the 6020 fan can reach 3000rpm.

2. Test data and scheme of optimal selection of stage lamp light source fan

Composition of light source cooling fan: 5020 blowers / 1 set (stage light source has special requirements for direct blowing 5020 blowers, fans on both sides have no special requirements) 8025 blowers / 2 sets

Reference for parameter selection of cooling fan:

A. The air volume and pressure of 5020 blower refer to 7cfm / 21pa

B. The 8025 cooling fan is a low speed silent fan with a speed of 2500rpm

C. The shutter blower and light source blower share the same specification

D. The ambient temperature of the light source is relatively high, and the working ambient temperature of the cooling fan is about 80 ℃

High temperature resistant materials are preferred for electronic components and bearings of cooling fans,

After a series of field test data in the early stage, San confirmed the model, provided the fan sample and installed the machine, and the lamp ball and tube temperature were tested by FAE. All of them have passed the test;

2、 Our engineer San analyzes the installation influence of the actual equipment on site, and puts forward the installation suggestions of the cooling fan

1. First of all, confirm the noise of each fan, and confirm the main noise sources

San separately power on each fan to test and confirm the noise situation. The noise produced by the base and arm lamp fan is similar

Suggestions for installation optimization of base cooling fan:

a: There are obstacles at the entrance of the two cooling fans of the stage lamp base, which has a great impact on the noise. The fan is blown outward instead of the fan, and the cooling fan at the power supply is changed to a thinner fan

b: 6020 cooling fan at 3000rpm or 8015 cooling fan at 2000rpm

According to the actual measurement, it is verified that the equipment works under the maximum ambient temperature of 45 degrees, and the measured MOS tube, rectifier output tube, transformer and temperature do not exceed the maximum temperature stress of 110 degrees. Adjust the fan according to the situation.

Suggestions for arm lamp Optimization:

The product is a male mold, and the mold cannot be changed. According to the requirements of light source characteristics, only the speed of 8025 fan on both sides can be reduced to achieve noise reduction. The speed of 8025 fan is 2800rpm, and the rocker lamp mechanism is a male mold. The installation mode of fan has a great impact on the noise. Therefore, San gives the following installation suggestions:

a: The air inlet of the base fan does not leave a safe space, so the noise is large

b: The base does not consider the reasonable ventilation for air cooling

c: The 8025 fans on both sides of the light source on the arm lamp are recommended to be directly mounted on the shell side to better form air convection.

d: The opening area of fan inlet / outlet is too small and needs to be optimized;

For the above problems, special attention should be paid to the fan assembly and air duct optimization when opening the private mold. As far as the 400 head lamp is concerned, it is easy to achieve heat dissipation and noise reduction.
