When the suction and repulsion force is greater than the static friction force of the fan, the fan blade rotates naturally. Since the hall sensing assembly provides the synchronization signal, the fan blades can operate continuously.   The DC cooling fan can only use the DC power supply to operate, and the voltage used must be consistent with the rated voltage of the DC cooling fan.
