During the initial stage of centrifugal fan ventilation, condensation may occur on doors, windows, and walls, and even slight condensation may occur on surface particles. Simply stop the fan, open the window, open the axial flow fan, and rotate the grain surface if necessary to remove the humid and hot air in the bin. It's just outside the warehouse. When an axial flow fan is used for slow ventilation, due to the small air volume of the axial flow fan and the poor thermal conductivity of grains, slow ventilation is likely to occur in some parts during the initial stage of ventilation, and the temperature of the entire warehouse will gradually balance as the ventilation continues.

Advantages of slow ventilation with axial flow fan: good cooling effect. In today's advocacy of energy conservation, low unit energy consumption is particularly important. The timing of ventilation is easy to grasp and condensation is not easy to occur. No separate fan is required, which is both convenient and flexible. Disadvantages: Due to small air volume, ventilation time is long. The impact of precipitation is not obvious, and axial flow fans should not be used for ventilation of high moisture grains.
Advantages of centrifugal fan: obvious cooling and precipitation effect, short ventilation time. Disadvantages: High unit energy consumption. If the timing of ventilation is not well grasped, condensation can easily occur.
