How can you reduce the noise of the cooling fan?

1. Ball bearing is used to reduce the noise of the cooling fan. The fan is equipped with oil bearing and roller bearing. The oil bearing has low noise in the early stage when the lubricating grease is sufficient. With the longer the service time, the lubricating grease evaporates, which increases the gap between the stator and the rotor to produce more vibration and thus increases the noise. 3. Correct installation can reduce the noise of the cooling fan. Due to the difference of equipment design and materials, correct installation can reduce the resonance of the equipment. The four corners of the fan must be on the same plane, and the screw tightness should be the same strength. For example, the material of the installation position is prone to generate resonance noise, and the four corners of the fan can be added with rubber and other cushioning pads
4. Reduce the wind pressure to reduce the noise of the fan. This involves the fan itself and the design of the equipment, the angle and smoothness of the fan blade design, the overall design of the concentration of the wind. In terms of the equipment, no matter whether it is blowing or suction, any component in the same direction as the air duct should be designed to reduce the wind resistance as much as possible.
